(a) refunds were requested (b) the merchant has changed the price (c) the vendor is selling numerous items via the same account (d) I’ve guessed the price wrongly above So, as you can easily see, it isn’t really, regrettably, the most precise of statistics. Here though, if it is correct it is shockingly low, and suggests the vast majority of customers were happy with their purchase.
