Help I have a friend who is a gym goer Im not sure of his quantity or how long he has been taking steroids, but stopped recently because he had really bad neck pain. No dr or scan, ultrasound etc showed anything. Put on huge pain killer amounts didnt help alot but felt after about six weeks some relief. Until today when he thinks a prior knee issue has flared up. If this a result of steroid abuse how long before it heals? Im pretty sure he wont touch them again. He can handle all over aches and pains but these last two injuries have had him off work.
Hi my name is Richard I’m 21 I weigh about 245lbs. I was in great shape in high school I was about 190lbs and I bench pressed 375lbs. Since then I have had knee surgery and lost interest in working out for a while now I’m trying to get back to where I use to be right now I’m taking a pre-workout called pump fuel insanity v2 which is made by the same company as acg3. I am also taking gold standard whey from gnc bcaa’s and a creatine supplement. My question is there anything you would recommend for quicker results for muscle gain and fat loss. I can’t seem to loose my love handles or my chest fat? I’m in serious need of help
I’ve changed my sleeping habits lately also. Before I was going to be around 2am and getting up around 7am, terrible I know. The past week or so, I’ve adjusted that a lot. I’m going to bed around 10pm, and trying to get up around 5am. This is when I plan to get my workout in. Get up at 5, head to the gym, workout, hit the showers, and head on into work. I noticed another article you wrote about not eating before you work out. Do you feel you have plenty of energy for your workout when you do that? I’m one who can’t eat when I wake up, so I will probably be working out on an empty stomach also. It makes me nauseous if I don’t wait a couple hours to eat. At the same time, I don’t want to fizzle out during the workout, or miss out on any gains.
